Last night, after paying a visit to Erica Domesek at the C Wonder store, we rolled uptown (well, up) to explore the season’s buzziest pop-up shop, devised by GQ and guys’ e-commerce site Park & Bond. It was shoulder-to-shoulder with menswear illuminati, who were checking out the merchandise and wishing each other good tidings for the season. After exchanging pleasantries with the our pals from GQ, Park & Bond’s Lawrence Schlossman, Josh Peskowitz and Tyler Thoreson, we got to survey the store’s offerings.
Everything inside was handpicked by the Park and Bond team and GQ editors, featuring pieces plucked right from GQ‘s "Best Stuff of the Year" feature. There are plenty of gift options under $50 for the man in your life, like flannel hankerchiefs and wood grain alarm clocks. And for those feeling generous, there’s tons of substantial stuff from A.P.C., GANT, Jack Spade and Simon Spurr.
If you find yourself in the Meat Packing District, stop in and say hello. And, you know, buy something.
