In an effort to promote the addition of more XL items to its stores, controversial retailer American Apparel has launched a search for "The Next Big Thing."
Who is she? A plus-sized real girl set to land the brand’s new campaign. Women can upload images of themselves right on the AA website until September 8—the winner will be flown to Los Angeles to star in a photoshoot.
