It’s baffling to me how good female athletes—namely tennis players—often look at the end of a game. Aside from simply being in killer shape, the key, I think, is in the hair.
So the next time you hit the gym, take a cue from the pros. Go for a no-fuss braid, bun or ponytail that’s secure enough to withstand even the most intense cardio session, but cute enough to wear in public post-workout.
