Given just a camera and bag of clothes, Candice Swanepoel still turned up the heat for her homespun Rag & Bone ads.
Part of the brand’s "DIY" series, the campaign let Candice act as art director, stylist, makeup artist and even photographer. Stripping away the budget and planning behind a typical ad campaign, the photos get back to basics: clothes as girls would wear actually them in real life (you know, if those girls were supermodels).
For Candice, that meant playing in jeans and tees on and the beaches of Bora Bora and Brazil. Oh, and posing languidly and topless in a few of the shots– but hey, can you blame a girl (and Victoria’s Secret angel) for knowing her best angle?
