“I’ve never described myself as a girly girl,” says Lucky executive editor Leigh Belz Ray. That said, she is stepping away from her usual navy, charcoal and plum color scheme in favor of a few feminine pastels these days. “I bought a camel coat this winter,” she explains. “I felt so polished when I wore it that I started thinking of lighter shades in a whole new way.” She also admits to taking style cues from her two-year-old daughter, Riley. “She’s drawn to pink,” says Ray. “And it’s really cute on her, so that’s probably helped me soften my stance a little.”
