Ah, springtime: the breeziest, dreamiest season for worn-in boyfriend jeans and wear-with-everything denim jackets—in short, it’s official Canadian tuxedo weather. Who better to rely on for your tried-and-true jean basics than Gap, which conveniently just launched its global campaign for its Spring 2014 collection (the company’s first under new creative director Rebekka Bay). According to a press release, the brand’s latest images, shot by David Sims, are aptly titled "Lived-In" and feature "a modern and youthful interpreation of classic, casual styles."
Gap tapped a cast of up-and-coming (and super-pretty) young talents to embody this "Lived-In" attitude, including musician Theophilus London, songstresses Birdy and Anna Calvin, actors RJ Mitte and Julia Garner, shutterbug Lina Scheynius and record producer Ernest Greene (of Washed Out fame).
Clearly, the pieces serve up success in both the form and function departments—and we can’t wait to load up on the myriad of chambray blouses and of-the-moment sweatshirts, for starters. Click through the slideshow above to see the campaign shots for yourself.
