Yesterday, Kate Middleton celebrated Easter Sunday much like the rest of us—with plenty of pastels and a chocolate egg-induced sugar high (OK, that second one’s just a guess). After donning a dove grey Alexander McQueen ensemble for the morning’s church service, the Duchess changed into something much more casual—and festive, at that.
The Royal Family hit Sydney’s Taronga Zoo yesterday afternoon, and the Duchess sported a fittingly Easter-yellow eyelet dress with a pair of brown wedges. While the designer of the dress surprisingly did not want to be named, those looking to copy Kate’s look have an abundance of options; after all, eyelet is an easy fabric to come by now that spring has arrived.
This pastel number came just days after a bright yellow Roksanda Ilincic dress prompted Prince William to call Middleton "a banana"; clearly, she knows what she likes, with or without Wills’ approval.
