Mixing and matching different-colored bikini tops and bottoms is all the rage right now—and when a designer comes along that makes swimwear combination even easier, it makes us happy beach-goers indeed.
Swim brand Giejo only debuted its first collection this past February, but Barneys New York has already taken notice, having signed designer Gabby Sabharwal on for a 10-piece mix-and-match line to be carried exclusively at its New York and Las Vegas stores. The pieces, all of which were locally produced in NYC’s Garment District, are reasonably priced for designer swimwear ($112 to $120 for tops, $95 to $98 for bottoms). And with equally-appealing patterns like shrunken florals, Aztec squiggles, nautical stripes and neon lace, the struggle won’t be finding two pieces that go together—but rather picking just one set to purchase.
