There’s no doubt about it: Lorde‘s kind of a big deal. At 17 years old and already with two big-time Grammy wins under her belt, the young songstress has dramatically etched out a position for herself among music’s greatest femmes.
At last night’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the living members of Nirvana enlisted five of those female rockers—Lorde included—to sing four songs by the group. While Joan Jett appropriately crooned "Smells Like Teen Spirit," Lorde covered one of Nirvana’s most widely popular tracks, "All Apologies." She took the stage in a slightly uncharacteristic Pepto Pink pantsuit from Vionnet, complete with a black crop-top. Her hair: wild as ever.
