The house of Dior needs a new designer, and for months the word around Paris has been that it would be Givenchy mastermind Riccardo Tisci. Now the tables have turned and fashion-paper-of-record WWD is reporting that American designer Marc Jacobs is in talks with the LVMH-owned label.
Jacobs’ brilliant mix of mass and class works for Dior, so we wouldn’t be surprised if this is LVMH CEO Bernard Arnault’s final decision. Who do you want to see design Dior?
