Inauguration season is upon us, and everyone’s wondering which lucky designer will have the honor of dressing our First Lady on January 20. Jason Wu, Narciso Rodriguez and Michael Kors are all strong possibilities, of course—but Mrs. Obama might end up surprising us all by supporting an industry newbie, as she did with Wu back in 2009.
One of the brands the FLOTUS has worn in the past, White House | Black Market, is already getting in on the pre-inauguration anticipation—not only will the retailer be sponsoring the Washingtonian Starry Night Inaugural Ball, but it’s releasing a limited-edition dress collection inspired by the momentous occasion. Dubbed "From Our White House to Yours…" the nine-piece capsule will retail from $250 to $300 and will be sold exclusively at four White House | Black Market stores in the Washington, DC area. Now the only question is: will Michelle Obama herself wear the line?
