Replicating British blogger Susie Lau‘s (AKA Susie Bubble) adventurous style is harder than you might think. Putting aside her one-in-a-million ability to magically make an ensemble of mismatched separates work, most of the clothing in her wardrobe is practically impossible to track down or afford; anything that isn’t vintage usually comes from some obscure indie label that, once located, costs an insane amount of money. Even her signature hairstyle can be tough to pull off; after all, such a high bun requires very, very long hair.
Now, if you aren’t quite up Susie’s black belt level of outfit-making ability, there is another way to emulate the street style star without making yourself broke or crazy. Her just released collection, Oh Bubble! for Urban Outfitters, co-created with her photographer friend Phil Oh of Street Peeper, is packed with the type of statement pieces that she’s famous for wearing at affordable, under-$150 prices. You can browse everything here on Urbanoutfitters.com now, but sorry… you’re on your own with the topknot.
