Growing up in a home where the "the September Vogue was ‘like the Bible,’" Elizabeth Banks has been clotheshorse for pretty much her entire life. And although she harbors an obsession with Prada shoes ("I can’t get enough of them"), the actress describes herself as "a girl who loves a bargain." Most of her wardrobe is full of H&M and Forever 21 buys, supplemented by discounted designer scores from Gilt Groupe.
Not that Banks has a lot of time to spend on shopping these days. Between projects (which include producing Pitch Perfect—a movie about a cappella singing—and acting in The Hunger Games, based on the cult series of teen novels), the new mom likes to be with her son Felix, born last March via surrogate.
Lucky sat down with the star in New York City this fall to learn how she juggles it all—and still manages to look flawless, besides great genetics. "Normally for photo shoots I get a full wax, some tanning, a facial," she says. "But this time I’ve done nothing." Click here to read our full interview.
