I love the idea of vintage shopping and discovering one-of-a-kind pieces, but honestly, I’m rarely motivated enough to dig through what are often musty racks of clothing and overflowing bins of accessories. Just about every single vintage item I own has actually been picked out by my sister, Janet Sung, who has a keen eye—and the patience—for fishing out the treasures. That’s why I’m so excited about the recent launch of Janet’s e-boutique, Rerun, which features gorgeous, designer-looking vintage pieces. (It’s a companion site to her two-year-old shop, Denim Refinery, which focuses solely on reworked denim clothing and offers customizable "refinements" for your personal denim, like a black wax coating or laser printing.)
Yes, she’s my sister so I may seem biased, but I mean it when I say this store is amazing! At Rerun, each piece is carefully washed and treated with a silicone softening treatment before it hits the site. So your order arrives fresh and super-soft to the touch … and you won’t have a massive sneeze attack when trying it on.
