For some people, it’s almost automatic: their style spills out of their closet and into their home. Like Rachel Zoe, whose penchant for all things ’70s pops up not just in her clothing but in her fur throw pillows and Missoni blankets, too.
But not so with Agyness Deyn, who just welcomed iD magazine into her New York apartment. The loft steps away from her punchy wardrobe (Dr. Marten’s boots, neon tees, fedoras) into softer, kitschier territory (giant hourglasses, oriental screens, acquatic walls).
It’s a little bit grandparent-y, and yah, a little bit Hoarders. But we think diluting the apartment’s designs would make for some good accent pieces, like the five examples below:
