Last night, the Olympics drew to an end with an all-singing, all-dancing, pyrotechnic-punctuated closing ceremony that appealed to the ’90s children in all of us. There were performances by Oasis’ Liam Gallagher, George Michael, Annie Lennox, Muse and Fatboy Slim—the latter accompanied by an awesome She’s All That-esque dance number. Tied for our personal favorite moment of the broadcast, however, was a long-awaited reunion performance by The Spice Girls and a walk-off courtesy of Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Karen Elson and a bevy of other UK-bred supermodels.

Warning: those averse to metallic, sequins, crystals and studs need not apply. London wanted to go out with a bang here, and the performers’ attire was suitably dramatic.
