Normally when our fashion director Anne Keane tips me off on something really, really good, it’s shoe- or handbag-related (like Louis Vuitton’s Sofia bags, Tomas Maier totes and these Derek Lam shoes, all of which I now desperately want for myself), so she surprised me last week by passing along a YouTube, rather than e-commerce, link. "I’m obsessed with this video. It is mesmerizing," she told me. "It’s a Rolling Stones photo shoot—clearly in NYC—all the ladies in soft seventies white: wow, wow, wow. Everything about it!!"
Indeed, everything about this video is extremely inspiring—how it’s so raw and candid, how everyone is washed in a warm sepia light, how the harmonizing is otherworldly. But my two favorite parts are (1) singer Stevie Nicks, prominently featured throughout the clip, belting out "Wild Heart" so beautifully that it makes my chest ache, and (2) the long, flowing white maxi dresses worn by all the featured vocalists. I’ve put five similar options available online in the gallery below—blast the following video and shop them all now.
