Not only has British retailer Debenhams meticulously recreated Pippa Middleton‘s infamous bridesmaid dress, but they’ve hired a Kate look-alike to model it. The Alexander McQueen replica, which costs about $270, made its Oxford Street debut this morning on Jodie Bredo, a semi-professional Duchess of Cambridge impersonator. (Now she’s getting paid to act like Pippa, too.)
Silliness aside, the fitted white gown (plus an emerald green number based on Pippa’s post-ceremony Temperley dress) is now available for purchase at 54 Debenhams locations. If you have your heart set on dressing exactly like the younger Middleton, we suggest you act fast. (If you live in the US, you can call Debbenhams on +44 8445 616 161 to see if they have any left in your size—neither dress is on their website yet.) The Telegraph reported today that Debenhams has added over 1,000 people to its "Lady in Waiting Dress" list since the royal wedding.
Would you buy an exact copy of something that the Middleton sisters wore?
